I was honoured to be interviewed recently by the gorgeous Lynda Chanwai-Earle for the Asian Report on Radio New Zealand! Lynda – when she’s not broadcasted all over New Zealand’s radio waves – is a poet, performance artist, filmmaker, playwright and actor, has performed her work for over 15 years. She is one AWESOME woman!
“She can sing, dance, cook and even manage complex multi-lingual assignments with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and right now she’s in the city of Taipei, Taiwan. High achiever Graci Kim describes herself as a Kowi, a 1.5 generation Korean New Zealander.
Graci chats to Lynda Chanwai-Earle about life as a diplomat in training in one of the friendliest Asian cities on the globe. From learning Mandarin in an active earthquake zone to her new and hugely popular YoutTube cooking show Graci in the Kitchen, somehow this young entrepreneur manages to squeeze 48 dynamic hours out of every 24 hour day and still have energy left to burn! And did you know honey was a great hangover cure? And ever wondered how to separate an egg yolk simply with no fuss?
Check out Graci’s cooking tips on her show Graci In The Kitchen.”
